Tactical Shooting Association "RosSniping" was established in 2017 for the purpose of creating culture and skills of safe gun-owning, popularization and development of high presicion shooting in Russian Federation.
Desicion about creation of Association was agreed according to the results of the competition for high presicion shooting "The Ural Sniping Cup 2017", held near the city of Nizhniy Tagil at the "Staratel" shooting range.
